If they legally filed and have not been able to legally withdraw in time, then they must remain on the ballot. It's a big problem with early voting in primaries where candidate drop-outs are not unusual, as opposed to general elections where late changes are rare.

The "PP voting" period Morden has listed is Presidential preference...so, in most counties, you can vote during most of the caucus.

No, no, no. You're forgetting the most important part here -- this isn't South Carolina or New Hampshire. This is Nevada. They aren't prepared for normal levels of turnout, let alone above average.
