Trump - 37%
Cruz - 24%
Bush - 13%
Rubio - 13%
Kasich - 9%
Carson - 3%
Other - 1%

I thought Cruz would pull this off, but that debate was not what he needed. Trump hurt himself, but I think he has this in the bag barring some huge reveal.

if evangelicals have any self-respect:

Trump 29, Cruz 27, Rubio 17, Kasich 10, Jeb 10, Carson 6, Others 1

if evangelicals don't have any self-respect:

Trump 37, Cruz 20, Rubio 16, Kasich 11, Jeb 9, Carson 6, Others 1.

I'll correct before the 20th in case there's some major change, but barring that -

35% Trump
24% Cruz
13% Kasich (edges Rubio by hundreds of votes)
13% Rubio
11% Bush
3% Carson
1% Others

Bush drops out and endorses Kasich, Rubio still fights on hoping Nevada gives him a shot. Carson doesn't really matter, but I suppose he continues or drops out.

EDIT 2: On third thought, it is a bit optimistic to assume that a 20-point deficit will be overturned in a week.
EDIT: Actually, I will be bold and give this to Cruz

Trump 26%
Cruz 23%
Rubio 17%
Bush 14%
Kasich 12%
Carson 7%

Trump - 35%
Cruz - 25%
Bush - 13%
Rubio - 13%
Kasich - 12%
Carson - 2%

I get the feeling that all the establishment candidates will be grouped very tightly to one another, thus not forcing any of them out - something that ends up benefiting Trump.

The media...especially Fox News...will make ANY result seem like a Rubio victory unless he completely bombs out like in NH.   It's kind of sickening.
