Are the Oklahoma Democrats allowed to vote for "uncommitted"?
Or does a skip of the presidential ballot count as such?

If so, the Oklahoma Democratic primary could become extremely interesting...

There is no option in Oklahoma. Most conservadems have died/re-registered anyway. And anyone not happy with either candidate will likely just not vote.
