I've seen him in that rough range on a lot of the polling data. I think Seltzer had Rubio at 15%. Trump/Cruz roughly in the same ballpark. All around the fringes of the MOE.

Among GOP voters (CNN entrance poll) 25 percent said that terrorism is the most important issue, and 13 percent said that immigration is the most important issue. Those voters probably lean heavily Trump.
