This vote is open to registerd voters in the States of the Pacific: AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT and WA.

This vote will begin right now and will be open for exactly one week.

Please vote yes, no, or abstain.

Ratification1: Shall the Pacific Region ratify the Constitutional Amendment to Right to Bear Arms to the Atlasia Constiution?

The right to keep and bear fire-arms and low-potency explosives shall not be infringed.


Ratification 2: Shall the Pacific Region ratify the Restriction of Definitions Amendment to the Atlasia Constiution?

§ 1. The text "Marriage and Divorce, and Adoption" is hereby stricken from section 5, clause 5 of the Constitution.

§ 2. Any marriage consecrated within the a region in the Republic of Atlasia that allows such a marriage shall be recognised by the federal government regardless of the residency now or in the future of those concerned.

§ 3. Once adopted by a parent or parents in one Region, a child shall be considered the legal child of this parent or parents by all Regions of Atlasia and the federal government.

§ 4. Until such time as a Region shall make rules concerning marriage, then the provisions of the Marriage Equity Act, as they stood at the time of submission of this Amendment by the Senate to the Regions, shall be in effect in the Region concerned.

§ 5. This Amendment shall only become operative if ratified within one calendar year from the date of its submission to the Regions by the Senate.



Approval 1: Shall the Pacific Region approve of the New Mexico - Montana Regional Bill?

Clause I

The State of New Mexico shall henceforth be located in the Pacific Region.

Clause II

The State of Montana shall henceforth be located in the Midwest Region.

Clause III

This bill shall take effect immediately on July 1, 2005 or once approved by the residents of New Mexico and Montana by plebiscite and by the Midwest and Pacific Regions, whichever occurs at a later time.



R.003 Pacific Consitutional Convention Resolution

1. The citizens of the Pacific call upon the Governor to call a Constitutional Convention forthwith.

2. The citizens of the Pacific ask that all registered voted of the region be considered delegates to the Constiutional Convention.

3. The citizens of the Pacific request that the Constitutional Convention shall have its first meeting by 1 July, 2005.

With 10 votes in favor, 9 opposed and 0 abstentions, the Constitutional Amendment to Right to Bear Arms to the Atlasia Constiution is hereby ratified by the Pacific Region.

With 5 votes in favor, 13 opposed and 1 abstention, the Restriction of Definitions Amendment to the Atlasia Constiution is hereby not ratified by the Pacific Region.

With 14 votes in favor, 4 opposed and 1 abstention, the New Mexico - Montana Regional Bill is agreed to by the Pacific Region.

With 16 votes in favor, 3 opposed and 0 abstentions, the Pacific Consitutional Convention Resolution is hereby passed.
