Well, he could. After all, you can sue everyone for anything as long as you can pay for it, and sometimes you don't even need that. I wonder how Trump would handle an actual court case, though: would he go all Trump on it and just make stuff up for show? Or would he do it properly and actually try to win?

EDIT: If he did the former, I guess you could call the suit... TRUMPED UP CHARGES! haha
