This is the debate-until-you-drop debate.

Last man standing wins.

Hopefully Cruz doesn't pull out Green Eggs and Ham

Hold on.  Was Ben Carson surprised about how much time for closing statements?  I heard someone say something and it sounded like him

I think he thought they said 6 seconds for closing statements.

I'm behind but-

"Obama and his attorney generals give the benefit of the doubt to the criminals, rather than the police officer."-Christie

That's the point....if there is any doubt, we don't lock citizens up or put them to death...we do give our citizens the benefit of the doubt.

Ben Carson is such a great guy. Even if you don't want him as president he's a wonderful human being

Even if I went to prison and it turned me gay, I still don't think I could love Ben Carson

His comments about gay people throughout this campaign have not felt "wonderful" and "great" to me as a gay man. He's not a "compassionate conservative," he's an zealous nutcase and it's pathetic and embarrassing that he's considered top tier.

Was the crowd booing Cruz or Rubio during their spat? I couldn't tell?
Maybe they were "Cruuuuuuuzzzz." or "Ruuuuuuu-bee-oh"

Jose Cruz was a quite popular player for the Houston Astros. Whenever he would come to bat, the fans would cheer him with "Cruuuuuuuuuzzzz" (rhymes with Booooooooooossss"). One time a pair of elderly gentlemen were watching, and were quite dismayed by the taunts and negativity of the crowd. "I'm sure he is trying to do his best", they complained. Eventually it was explained that they were "Cruuuuuuuuzzz" and not "booooooooos"

The candidates had their ups and downs (even Carson was semi coherent briefly amazingly enough on  how to wage war on ISIS), leaving me with no clear impression as to the candidates. What did leave an impression was how singularly horrible the moderators were, asking rather long and not well framed questions, often inadequately researched, and then no followups, just saying thank you. There also seemed to be no disciplining as to time, so the candidates could just mouth off at will, with Cruz doing that the most. Cruz actually seemed less demonic than usual. I had to laugh when he said that NY reporter called him that. Maybe because he planned to use the line, he decided to try to not prove the reporter right.

It is ridiculous that, 12 days before the next debate, we don't know the eligibility criteria.
