Chrome App

If you decide to download it or test it out, then be sure that its settings are on "Mild", as "Vindictive" will block entire pages and/or elements (I'm pretty sure "Aggressive" isn't much better). The guy is still debugging it. I'm using it now - it works pretty well (I had to disable it to paste the quote) but it's not perfect.

And of course, his supporters - not a one of which understand basic principles of democracy, censorship, the First Amendment, the Constitution in general or hypocrisy - come out in droves to voice their concerns:

Excellent.  Maybe they'll all be surprised when he wins because they weren't paying attention.

BTW I already have an extension to block all mention of ISIS and the national debt.  Being a good young democrat, I know that if I just ignore things they will go away.

That's not called being a Democrat, that's called being an idiot.

Stupid google. This is the stuff that will make him President.

By "stupid Google", you mean "one private developer who submitted his extension to the Google Chrome library and was allowed to do so like literally anybody else because there are hundreds of comparable apps that block all sorts of things, and it doesn't violate any terms of service", right? Nah, it seems like people like you are what will make him President - people who lack basic understanding of how any of this works.

lol censorship? It's an optional extension, no one is forcing anyone to use it. TRUMP supporters really are the Republican version of Sandernistas.

If there isn't a version of this for good internet browsers like Firefox or Safari than it's not news.

But it is funny to hear Trump fans blab about muh first amendment protecting them from someone else not wanting to hear about their candidate.

Speaking of not understanding technology, it's your candidate who wants to have a backdoor in encryption. Credit card thieves can't wait to hack that.

To quote myself from the Facebook:

"The ultimate revolving circle (of sorts). The "politically correct" folk erase Trump from their field of vision, thus proving how politically correct they are to Trump, who can then complain about their political correctness, and the politically correct folk will never hear about it (and those that do will then active the TRUMP filter)!"

The thing is, people don't want to block Trump because they're too politically correct (well some do but they aren't worth worrying about Wink ); they want to block him because he's an attention whore. Truthfully, Trump is the one of the most politically correct candidates running: he gives us our fill of sex and greed, never challenges us to see beyond our selfishness, and ruthlessly attacks anyone who criticizes him even the tiniest bit. I'm at a loss as to why people don't seem to see this.
