If Madonna, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Hulk Hogan, Woody Allen or Joaquin Phoenix (lol) or anyone else using a stage name becomes a (vice) president, how would they be formally addressed?

I would imagine Beyonce would be Mrs. Carter (at the very least), or Madame President or Madame Vice President.
