you don't change a rule after it's deadline is over or for a person/s
sorry but i vote no, just as I did not vote on the presidential election - the deadline was about the same and I registered a day or so later

As Secretary of Forum Affairs....I declare this poll "null" in itself. We have a constitution underway, people....the Constitution says you must register 10 days before the election......
