It was a sunny day in Iowa. The day was January 3,2012. A candidate was sitting in his headquarters awaiting the news of what could be make or break for his campaign... All of a sudden.... An Iowa Miracle happened.

Broadcaster: WE have got startling news coming out of Iowa tonight, Congressman Ron Paul carries the state by a slim margin!
Ron Paul: Yes! *gasps out then breathes for air*

Iowa Final Results

Ron Paul: 24.1%
Rick Santorum: 23.9%
Mitt Romney: 20%
Newt Gingrich: 13%
Rick Perry: 9%
Michele Bachmann:8%
Jon Huntsman:1%

"First off, I'd like to thank the people of Iowa. You all have started a great revolution that will go all the way to Washington D.C! WE will move on to New Hampshire, then Nevada and carry the election! Thank you all, God bless you all and God bless America!"

Michele Bachmann: "I am so happy to have been part of such a great campaign. I thank all of my staff, of course my family, and the people of Iowa. It's sad that we didn't win but we can all united behind a true conservative who can make Barack Obama a one term president! That man is Newt Gingrich! It's sad that we didn't win but lets have true conservative reform!"

(Bachmann drops out, to pursue re-election?)

It was a cold New Hampshire day on January 7th, 2012. It was debate night. A few million Americans tuned in to perhaps take a gaze at their next president. Ron Paul knew he had to make this a game changer debate. He stuck to his principles, and attacked Gingrich's and many other candidates' foreign policy positions. Santorum was sh*tting himself. He was going to drop out and he knew it. He was waiting for South Carolina to perhaps be remembered by conservatives. In the end of a long fight, Paul emerged the victor.

Ron: Ah, I'm tired as hell.
Rand: Dad, you won the debate. Look who's gonna win New Hampshire.
Rand smiled.

January 11,2012:

Broadcaster: Phew, after a long night of counting it looks as if Congressman Ron Paul has gotten his second victory tonight. It was a close one, but again Paul beat the establishment candidates. Can he use this early momentum to sweep more states and win the nomination?

Ron Paul: 28.4%
Mitt Romney: 24.6%
Jon Huntsman: 23%
Newt Gingrich: 10%
Rick Perry: 5%
Rick Santorum: 4%

With polls indicating single digits in South Carolina, Rick Santorum manned up.

Rick Santorum: "People started off calling this campaign a joke. Then they took it seriously, we had good numbers. I thank you all and I'm sad we didn't win but we can change this. WE need to elect a serious conservative message and I am convinced that that message lies with Newt Gingrich. He has fought for us over and over again and defended ur principles. I wish him luck in South Carolina, and the whole race."

(Rick Santorum bows out, is his future over?)

Ron Paul: "Thank you New Hampshire! Because of this, we have the momentum to sweep the nomination! We have gotten our message across and the American people like it! No more wars! No more corruption and unfair laws! WE the people are sick and tired of this Washington greed! Thank you all and God Bless!"

(Onto South Carolina where things get a bit interesting....)

After another great Paul debate performance, Ron Paul was competitive in South Carolina. Gingrich was only seven points ahead, followed by Romney, then Paul, then Perry. Jon Huntsman wanted to stay relevant but wanted to make allies with the possible new republican frontrunner. He wanted a spot on the ticket perhaps?

*Paul picks up phone*
Paul: Hello?
Huntsman: Hey, Ron look I need a favor.
Paul: I'm not endorsing you, forget it.
Huntsman: I'll drop out and endorse you if you get second in South Carolina, if Romney gets second, I'll endorse him.
Paul: Uh, sure, deal I guess but what do you want in exchange?
Huntsman: Perhaps the Vice Presidency but I'll understand if that doesn't happen, a cabinet position?
Paul: I don't like dirty politics but you're qualified.... We'll see the results tomorrow.

South Carolina Poll (RCP Average):

Gingrich: 32%
Paul: 24%
Romney: 20%
Perry: 14%
Huntsman: 9%

South Carolina Results (100% in)
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 31%
Rep. Ron Paul: 25%
Gov. Mitt Romney: 20%
Gov. Rick Perry: 13%
Gov. Jon Huntsman: 7%

Broadcaster: Breaking news out of South Carolina, Gingrich carries the state but not without a serious challenge from Congressman Ron Paul. Ron Paul's momentum is still alive though, and he should not be counted out yet. Jon Huntsman and Rick Perry are seemingly dropping out tonight but we'll just have to wait and see. Oh, we're getting something from Governor Huntsman's headquarters.

Jon Huntsman: "Thank you. Now this is a sad day but we gave it our all. People called us crazy but we did good, I'm proud to have run for president. Ron Paul is the only candidate who can restore our party and restore America now. I encourage you all to vote for him, as I will be! Thank you South Carolina and God Bless you!"

Broadcaster: WOW a stunning endorsement from the Governor, it goes to Congressman Ron Paul who made South Carolina competitive. Will this make him the new frontrunner? Oh, something coming from Perry's headquarters.

"Thank you South Carolina! Let's face the sad reality, our momentum is dead. WE did good, we were a frontrunner. But now we can not let extremists take over our party. DO NOT vote for Ron Paul, vote for Gingrich, a man with proven conservative leadership! Bye bye y'all, God bless!"

(Perry fades into the sunset, returns to governor's mansion)

After Paul's near South Carolina defeat, he started tying for the lead in Republican polls. Paul said he would not compete Florida... He was leading in Nevada, Kentucky, Maine, so many more states.

Paul won the Florida debate again, humiliating Gingrich. Mitt Romney was largely overlooked.

RCP National Republican 2012 Primary Polling:

Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 36%
Rep. Ron Paul: 34%%
Gov. Mitt Romney: 20%
Undecided: 10%

The Florida results came in....

Florida Results (100%):

Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 35%
Rep. Ron Paul: 34%
Gov. Mitt Romney: 30%

Broadcaster: After Mitt Romney's humiliating performance in this election cycle, he is expected to drop out.

Mitt Romney: "Hello my fellow Floridians, and Americans. I'd like to congratulate Newt for his victory tonight. Now I wish we had won this, but in the end we just didn't. WE gave it our all. I'm proud to be an American, I wish you all well, God bless!"

Ron: Uh hello?
Brian: hey Ron its me, I'll endorse you if I get a cabinet position or veep.
Ron: I'll think about it I guess, uh.
Brian: Good.

February 2, 2012:

Brian Sandoval: "Now is the time to nominate Ron Paul for our party! He can beat Obama in November and stand for our rights! He will end all these pointless wars! Thank you all, God bless! Vote Paul!"

Nevada Poll RCP Average:

Rep. Ron Paul: 50%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 36%

With Popular Governor Brian Sandoval's endorsement, Paul's victory was assured. Ron Paul was the likely new nominee of the Republican party in 2012....

Broadcaster: Ron Paul wins the state of Nevada in a walk, this'll give him the momentum he needs to perhaps win the nomination. Strange really, an underdog who was seen as almost having no chance to win is now the nominee of the Republican Party... an eery reminder of 2008, he could be our next president.

Nevada Results
Rep. Ron Paul: 53%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 45%

After Nevada, the Republican Primaries were semi called for Ron Paul even though Gingrich was far from dropping out. He was investing his energy into Arizona and Michigan to get energy back needed to capture the momentum needed for the nomination. If he lost these states, he'd drop out.

February 7th came, it only solidified things more for Ron Paul. Rand Paul campaigned for him vigorously in these states, as well as the candidate himself. Paul was setting his sights on Michigan though, he knew he couldn't let Gingrich steal his momentum, yet he wouldn't contest Arizona.

Colorado Results:
Rep. Ron Paul: 54%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 44%

Missouri Results:
Rep. Ron Paul: 100%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: )% (not on ballot)

Minnesota Results:
Rep. Ron Paul: 56%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 42%

RCP National Polling Average (February 10th)

Rep. Ron Paul: 53%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 45%

RCP National Polling Average GOP vs Obama (February 10th)

In the beginning of the end for Gingrich, he didn't care about Maine, neither did most of the American political junkies but the margin of Paul's victory was stunning...

Maine Results:

Rep. Ron Paul: 62%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 36%

McCain endorses Gingrich!

Michigan Results (100% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 56%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 41%

Arizona Results (100% in):
Spkr Newt Gingrich: 53%
Rep. Ron Paul: 46%

Broadcaster: Gingrich has won his first state in a long time. Can this provide momentum to his sagging campaign? Paul also won Michigan, and is leading polls in all the other states. This nomination is sealed for Paul in the opinion of pundits.

The very next day...

Anderson Cooper:WYOMING has been called for Paul, even though Gingrich was endorsed by former Vice President Cheney, who has been campaigning for him in the state.

Wyoming Results (100% in):

Rep. Ron Paul: 56%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 40%

On March 3rd, Republicans worst fears are now all but inevitable.

Washington Results (100% in):

Rep. Ron Paul: 58%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 40%

Newt Gingrich: "Now, I shall not withdraw from this race! We won Arizona and I am convinced that in 3 days we will sweep many states and prevent an isolationist from getting the nomination! We can't have four more years of Obama!"

RCP National Polling Average:
Rep. Ron Paul: 58%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 41%

Ron: Hello who is this?
Female: I want in, I'll withdraw my endorsement of Newt if I'm in the cabinet or veep, well a moderate will be your veep but still.
Ron: Uh, is this who I think it is?
Female: Yes. I'll endorse you tomorrow. Be there. Don't humiliate me.

SARAH PALIN ENDORSES RON PAUL, DENOUNCES GINGRICH AND CALLS ON HIM TO DROP OUT

Paul: Yes! The exit polls have us leading in almost everywhere but Georgia!
Rand: Congrats dad, who's gonna be the veep?
Ron Paul laughed and sat down on his couch as he awaited returns.

SUPER TUESDAY RESULTS 100% IN:

Alaska Results (20% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 60%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 37%

Wolf Blitzer: Likely thanks to Palin's endorsement, Paul wins Alaska, even before the endorsement he was leading. This is a good night for Ron Paul so far. No surprise for Gingrich winning Georgia but by a close margin so far.

Georgia Results (3% in):
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 54%
Rep. Ron Paul: 40%

Idaho Results (12% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 72%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 24%

Massachusetts Results (67% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 59%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 30%
Gov. Mitt Romney: 10%

Wolf Blitzer: No real surprise in Idaho, however Massachusetts voters heavily write-inned for Romney, and he even led in a poll a few weeks ago despite dropping out. Maybe if this ends up being a brokered convention, he will be a compromise candidate.

North Dakota Results (10% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 79%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 19%
*fast forward*

Ohio Results (100% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 51%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 48%

Oklahoma Results (100% in):
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 50%
Rep. Ron Paul: 49%

Tennessee Results (100% in):
Newt Gingrich: 49%
Rep. Ron Paul: 47%

Vermont Results (100% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 67%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 30%

Virginia Results (100% in):
Rep. Ron Paul: 100%
Spkr. Newt Gingrich: 0% (not on ballot)

Rep. Ron Paul: THANK YOU AMERICA! The Super Tuesday states have highly voted in favor of us! WE are almost to the brink of victory! I will not stop until we reach that brink! Thanks again! God bless!

Spkr. Newt Gingrich: Thanks! We made some strong showings tonight and we will be in this for the long haul! God bless! Cy'all!

Odd but Rand would be legal. I don't think it's Rand though as I think hints were laid sometime ago.

VEEP ANNOUNCEMENT

The day was July 24, 2012. It was a sunny warm day in Dallas, Texas. The AT&T stadium was packed with thousands of people, and many more thousand outside. Ron Paul walked out onto the stage.... "Now for too long has our America been ruled by corrupt and unjust politicians, it's time to return power to the people. We will defeat the Washington Machine in November, and make sure Obama is a one term president! I'd like to introduce someone who has dedicated... their whole life... to public service and truly representing their state.". "That person.... is Congressman Walter B. Jones of North Carolina!". Walter B. Jones took to the stage in an elegant fashion. "Thank ya,Ron. Ron's a good friend of mine, known him for a long time. He is truly for the people of America. He voted against policies of his own party and stood up to corrupt leadership. I can't wait until we win the White House in November. We'll make our country great again. Thank you, and God Bless the United States of America!"

Congressman Walter B. Jones moments before he took the stage.

Moments before Paul took the stage, fans are everywhere.
