So other than Gravis, the polls agree that even with the increased national exposure that the debate gave to Chafee, O'Malley, and Webb (their name recognition was abysmal going into debate night), none of them can break 2%.

In the Iowa caucuses, in order to get state delegates, you need to break 15% in a given precinct.  I'm starting to wonder if any of them will manage to do that in a single precinct in the whole state (if they even make it that far without dropping out).  Imagine if it's Iowa caucus night, the first contest of primary season, and there's a big fat 0% in the results next to each of their names.
