Not particularly.  At most, it could inform an area of law where it has not previously received consideration by SCOTUS, but even then global law should be subordinate to statutory implementation by Congress or State legislatures. As far as US law in concerned, international law should almost always only be used in interpreting treaties and other international agreements.
