I don't know (and I'm not sure anybody does, outside of Hillary's tech team) how bad the situation was, so no, probably not.  She clearly funked up though, at least a little and quite likely innocently.  The fact that she hasn't come out and admitted as much says a lot about her, and it's not good.

If the main reason has to do with Hillary not taking security measures seriously, then an awfully large percentage of the employed federal workforce should be in prison as well.

I'm not sure about that.  Security is taken pretty freaking seriously in my little corner of the federal workforce.  I've seen several careers ruined (and heard about many more) by people that didn't take it seriously.  I certainly know enough to not use my personal email for work sh**t, doubly so if it's "security" related in any way.

I believe there are people in prison now for doing more or less the same thing as Hillary.  As to whether that should be the case, probably not, but whatever the standard is it should apply without regard to whether someone is an influential political figure.

Right now, I'm not concerned about whether she should go to prison.  I just want to keep her as far away from the White House as possible.  So although I'm not sure she's done anything to deserve it, I would rather have here in prison than as president.
