The Freedom Caucus is looking to delay the Iran vote, arguing that Obama has not fully complied with Corker-Cardin.

They do realize that they only get a certain amount of time to vote to reject the deal, right?

Was this really such a close-run thing or was this all just political theater?

Democratic Reps. Xavier Becerra (D-CA), Jim Costa (D-CA), Steny Hoyer (D-MD), and Terri Sewell (D-AL) all support the Deal.

Opponents need 26 more No votes out of 46 undecideds and leaners (56.5%).

Amash is a no.  He doesn't consider the deal constitutionally valid.

He probably just doesn't want a massively funded primary challenger.

LOL, another libertarian hero who proves to be a bitch of the neo-cons.

He still is a 'libertarian hero' or whatever and his decision change that. Maybe if you read his reasoning you wouldn't be so quick to smear.

Oh, I'm sure he found a half-assed excuse to rationalize his decision. That's what politicians do after all.

MoveOn is trying to make sure Blumenthal votes against cloture (I got an email). I wonder if their concerns hint at something...

Reps. Sanford Bishop (D-GA), Marcia Fudge (D-OH), Janice Hahn (D-CA), and Pete Visclosky (D-IN) all support the Deal. Democratic supporters are now up to 140.

Opponents will need 24 of the remaining 29 undecideds (82.76%) to override a veto in the House.

That would bring the Democrats to 41, an additional Democrat would need to vote against cloture.

Wouldn't they be at 42? The only ones voting against cloture would be Schumer, Menendez, Manchin, and Cardin -- as far as I know.
