So we don't really have a speaker anymore because PiT's gone, unless Spiral has become speaker without my knowledge.

Was the Constitution changed to require legislative approval for Governor-appointed legislators? Unless that has been changed, it shouldn't require any input from the Legislature.

Seeing how both dar and I arrived in the Legislature at the same time, neither of us can claim seniority over the other. However, this other clause in the constitution is interesting:

I like the idea of being a Co-Speaker with dar for the rest of the session, and from my reading I see nothing to assume that it would go against the law to do that under these circumstances. What say you, friend?
