Turkey is a member of NATO. So is the U.S., so technically, the rest of NATO would be forced to attack Turkey if Turkey attacked the U.S. In other words, NATO countries attacking another NATO country because it attacked a NATO country. Although technically, France could argue that NATO is not activated as Iraq is an "independent country". Then the U.S. would be forced to argue that's horsesh**t, Iraq is not independent, its obviously ruled by the U.S. That would be a good argument, except it wouldn't look very good. Wow, that is complicated!!
