And here's North Carolina, with so many of 'em from that one "cursed seat", this should be a crazy one.

Richard Burr, easily. I also liked Liddy Dole, despite how badly her career ended, and Jesse Helms as well.

I went with Terry Sanford.

Hagan's in a distant second considering doing her job, and Morgan's in a distant second where political alignment is concerned.

I went with somebody who is a worthless lowlife piece of scum as a person, but who as a politician, wasn't half bad. John Edwards.

Terry Sanford by a mile. A great man.

A truly odious list of Republicans for North Carolina.

I went with somebody who is a worthless lowlife piece of scum as a person, but who as a politician, wasn't half bad. John Edwards.

REALLY? There are at least two kind of okay Democrat options that are preferable to odious scum like Edwards who always just craving cameras.

Maybe Sanford...

Anyone voting John Edwards, never heard of him, saw his 2004 or 2008 Campaign for President, his Prima Donna ways and his $300 Dollar haircut.

And then there's his wife Elizabeth, whose behavior makes other cancer victims look bad... With her tantrums, and her insistence of John staying in the 2008 Presidential Race after she was diagnosed with terminal Breast Cancer, and suggested he was "messianic"... they were both lunatics.
