Actually there are two depending upon how much emphasis one puts upon hānai adoption.  Going strictly by primogeniture, Quentin Kawānanakoa would have the senior claim, tho he doesn't worry about it. There's also the pesky problem of him being thoroughly Republican in a highly Democratic state, which contributes to why his aunt, Abigail Kinoiki Kekaulike Kawānanakoa, is considered to be the rightful heir thru the practice of hānai. Framkly, unless Hawaii regains independence, I don't see the monarchy being restored.
