According to the constitution noone can have more then one position in the forum at a time. So does Gustaf have to resign? If so I expect your resignation ASAP Mr Moderator so we can fill the vacanacy in the cabinet.

Moderator is something else just like Chairman of a Party is something else.

I thought that we have established that the moderator post did not count against this...one of the reasons being that it is not a position within the fantasy context, i.e. I have no formal powers according to the constitution etc.

Anyway, I'll just delete all posts demanding my resgnation! Wink

Seriously, I probably wouldn't have accepted if this was to keep me out of the actual activities here.

I think that the moderator should not count as a position like Senator or Governor or SoS. I think that being moderator is more like being a town sherriff. I dont think that Gustaf should be required to step down but then again I have no say in this matter.

Being moderator is NOT an elected positition...therefore it's not unconstitutional for Gustaf to serve under other offices....

P.S. Nor is it a position mentioned at ALL in the constitution. The "no two officers" rule....only applies to Supreme Court Justices.....Senators......Governros......Presidents and Vice Presidents....and cabinet members. True, Gustaf is a cabinet member.....but unless he is serving in one of the other postitions aforementioned.....then.....it's fine.
