I sign this bill into law,
x Ebowed. Our Bill of Rights makes clear that no Pacifican may be denied the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is with this first step forward that we may begin to alleviate the pressing needs of a population that faces difficulties including unemployment and homelessness, and in bringing our government into an emergency session today I hope to make clear to struggling Pacificans that we are going to be working to ease their economic pressures.
