And I'll take O'Malley at 4%! That's, like, four times the support he normally gets in these polls. Tongue

I was amazed at how well the bottom 3 were doing. Chafee at 5%?!? 16% for Bernie in Arizona is excellent especially when 50% of people didn't have an opinion of him.

Wishful thinking.

There's still obviously an "Anyone But Hillary" contingent (which would be true for any non-incumbent candidate),  but it's not big enough to provide an opening for another candidate to win like it was 8 years ago. At the beginning of 2007 Clinton's support started at around 33% and although it rose and fell it never went below that floor. Every single poll - perhaps a couple of outliers aside - shows her support now is consistently above 50%. Her floor is the majority of Democrats.

But, once people learn about the four horsemen of the apoc-election, they'll surely abandon Hillary just like '08.

Seriously through, a 16% showing for Sanders with only about half the respondents having an opinion is pretty good. I'm guessing that he's breaking 20% in NH (we need a Warren-less poll).

These crosstabs are always fun:

- Chafee supporters love Webb
- The favor is not returned however, as Webb supporters hate Chafee
- Nearly everyone dislikes O'Malley besides his own supporters
- Everyone likes Sanders
- Clinton and Webb supporters have Sanders as their second choice, the rest have Clinton
- Hillary does way better with liberals than with moderates (but muh conventional wisdom!)
