Technically he's not eligible since he's serving out his final term right now, so they're not wrong.

Well, a lot of conservatives believe Obama is guilty of some sort of treasonous crime that he should be in jail for (?) so obviously a felon can't be President.

I'm not sure how the last two are even theoretically criminal. For the third one, signing bills into laws is what the President does. For the last one, he's trying to do something and if the courts tell him it's not Kosher he'll presumably stop. If he continued after that that would be illegal.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks its a scandal that President Obama unilaterally passed the 1990s Republican health care plan.

- Obamacare is in no way a treasonous crime, the whole thing w/ the ACA is to require insurance companies to cover all of its customers with minimum standards, offer the same rates to people under the same plan (if a man had a silver plan, and a woman had that same silver plan, and a person with asthma had that same silver plan, they'd all pay the same price), the ACA increased competition, primarily through a general marketplace where people could compare plans on one website.
- The executive orders on healthcare say that abortion (under the ACA) cannot be paid for by the federal government, controlling antibiotic resistant bacteria, and a few bureaucratic things. The immigration order just said that anyone who entered the United States illegally before they were 16 and who have lived here, continuously since 2010, can stay, and that the parents of U.S. citizens (parents who are illegal immigrants) can request deferred action and get a three year work visa.

To be clear: I'm not saying that I actually agree that those 4 things are impeachment worthy. I don't. I was just listing them since Monarch seemed unsure of what charges were being levied against Obama.

It's true Fast and Furious was a truly terrible crime against humanity, but I don't really see it being Obama's fault.  Plus, Paul Walker already paid his price.

Based on the trends we see here, we can infer that a truly white Republican nominee in the same situation as Obama/Cruz would be eligible according to 94% of Republicans.

Another case of Republicans talking out of both sides of their mouths.  This wreaks of the double standard odor.  Sadly, I'm not surprised.

That's the thing, I really don't want to vote for Hillary, and I won't unless Jeb Bush or Ted Cruz get the Republican nomination.

According to the poll, 22% of Americans celebrate Passover. It's more common among blacks and Hispanics and in the Midwest. Fascinating.

Well, nobody is genuinely worried. It's a pointless backlash to a fake controversy.

Ted at least showed his real birth certificate.  His eligibility will be the for the courts to decide. Most legal scholars believe he is eligible.

Ok, I'll bite. Why is Obama's birth certificate fake?
