-Supports the death penalty
-Pro-choice
-Strong supporter of welfare reform
-Supported the War on Terror/against the Iraq War

-Has disdain for both liberal elitists and religious wackjobs

Besides those two points and the personal details this sounds like me, and you see my PM score. I don't get why this person wouldn't be a Democrat, or at least a consistently Democratic voting independent.

The guy does have conservative traits that would make him more skeptical of Democrats more than not. His voting records would probably be the following:

Centrist Democrat, very likely a huuuuge fan of John Kerry. But also it's quite likely he voted for Romney in '02, for Scott Brown twice and for Baker in '14. Could've voted for either Baker or Cahill in '10.
