I believe he's a nice guy that was just trying to do what he thought was best. He didn't show up for 26 of the last 30 votes so I believe it was right for him to resign. And people shouldn't be so partisain and hateful toward him IMO.

Mr. Hobbes is also in this race, Masterjedi.  Don't forget to include him.

What is your opinion of the present Southeast crisis?

If elected to the Senate, what will your actions be on the number of issues raised?

1. What's happening in the Southeast right now is sad to say pathetic, it should just be ended with the court case and have it be over.

2. If I get elected to the Senate I will take some time to get familer with all the bills in the Senate and then make me decision based on what I feel is best for Atlasia. I won't strictly vote on partasin lines in the Senate and I'm not sure that can be said about everyone else in this race.

Which issues would you be most likely to vote against your party on?

I would hope against making May 10, "Keystone Phil Day" across all of Atlasia.  Tongue

My Birthday is actually May 12th. Unless you were doing that in honor of Senator Rick Santorum's Birthday (which is May 10th).

I was working LATE, which is why only MasterJedi showed up originally.

My opinion of Mike Naso: he is a complete disgrace and a shame to the Senate.

The Southeast: They have no righ to their actions. We must use all means to prevent them. If neccesary I will mobilize far leftist paramilitary groups against them, which will help with my little, uh, "fetish".

Since the Farmer-Labor Party is mostly neutral on social issues and pretty much in line with me economically, I can't see many issues where I'd be in direct conflict. But I'll always keep what I consider to be best for the district ahead of my party's stances.

What is your personal opinion of Mike Naso?
Mr. Naso is inherantly good intentioned but was a bit too naive for the job. He did the right thing by resigning.

I like BRTD's stance on that issue.

I will oppose any unnecessary tax raises. Also, I will protect the right to bear arms. And here's a shocker...I am putting MasterJedi for second preference. Faced with a moderate conservative and a hardcore socialist I prefer the former. Partisanship is hurting us.

1. I urge StatesRights and Jake to obey the Constitution and stop this nonsennse immediately.

2. I will not vote over partisan lines since they take demo out of democracy. As I have said earlier, I am putting MasterJedi for my second choice.

To all candidates: what do you think about social security and taxes?

Me: Social security should have an opt out option. If people do not want to pay social secuirty taxes they have that right. As for taxes, they should be lower for small businesses and low-ncome individuals. I support the gradual abolition of corporate handouts. It is not just that ordinary people stretch themselves to the brink while multi-billionaires lavish themselves in free money. More should be spent on renewing this district that has been embattled by years of decay.

Social Security: People could opt out if they want IMO but then they wouldn't be able to get the money back in return so this should be done carefully. We also need to reform the system soon or it shall go bankrupt.

Taxes: Yes they should be lower but as I said in my campaign thread, not all at once. Slowly is good or it could have drastic effects on the Atlasian economy!

I would also like to thank Dean for the second preference choice.

2. What's your stance on farm subsidies?
