Tough one. I'd say Miles on principle, but windjammer is moderate enough that he could be on either field and be considered an -INO

Windjammer is far from being a DINO. Don't forget that the average "Democrat" on this forum is not representative of the Democratic Party as a whole.

The one with the screen name "Lame Duck Obama" perhaps. He's still registered D.

So windjammer, a centre-left fellow, looks like a Republican in comparison to the far lefties of this site?

Waltermitty/Bushie is the correct answer.

I think Windy votes UMP, but I could be wrong about that.

He supports PS, at least that's what he told me a few months back.

True, and that goes double for you, dear Hifly. Wink

The correct answer used to be Bushie, but since he's "switched parties", now it's WalterMitty.

Guys, I keep telling you, just as Bushie is 'normal for Oklahoma', WalterMitty is 'normal for suburban Middlesex County'.

Is Middlesex County really filled with right-wing Democrats? They did vote for Warren by double digits...

And even voted for Coakley...

Most of Middlesex County votes reflexively Democratic, which I guess is un-WalterMitty-ish, but the sorts of sentiments that you hear expressed in places like Lexington and Acton do tend towards the 'across-the-board neoliberal with a focus on social liberal image politics' side of the Democratic, uh, we'll call it a 'tradition' for now. Some of them even share WalterMitty's early-2000s-throwback hawkishness, possibly on account of Raytheon being a major employer.
