It's still R+5. There is no reason to worry about this district.
And even then, It is only that low because Obama way over preformed in Michigan in 2008.  It  is more like R +7 or 8.

I would be surprised:
-Republicans have a deep bench in WI
-she seems to have a too low profile and wants to retire.
