Jimmy Carter was the first to be voted off the island.

Let me just remind everyone of one thing. Make sure that you know who you are voting off and you get their name correct when you post.  We have some presidents who have similar names.  We have Andrew Johnson and Andrew Jackson.   We have James Madison and James Monroe.   And of course we have George H. W. Bush (41)  and George W. Bush (43), as well as John Adams and John Quincy Adams.   Senator Supersolty meant to vote for Andrew Jackson last round, but wrote Andrew Johnson instead.   And I have to go with who the write first.  So make sure to be perfectly clear on who you are voting for.

As I said previously, NO EDITING YOUR VOTE POSTS.  The reason for this is because we can't have people seeing what the results are with only minutes left to go, then going back and changing who they voted for in order to try to change who gets voted out.   Once you vote for that round, that's it.  Any vote posts that says it has been edited will not be counted in the final tally

Voting will end at Midnight Eastern Time every night.

So on to round two:

PRESIDENTS ON THE ISLAND:

George Washington
John Adams
Thomas Jefferson
James Madison
James Monroe
John Quincy Adams
Andrew Jackson
Martin Van Buren
William H. Harrison
John Tyler
James K. Polk
Zachary Taylor
Millard Fillmore
Franklin Pierce
James Buchanan
Abraham Lincoln
Andrew Johnson
Ulysses S. Grant
Rutherford B. Hayes
James A. Garfield
Chester A. Arthur
Grover Cleveland
Benjamin Harrison
William McKinley
Theodore Roosevelt
William H. Taft
Woodrow Wilson
Warren G. Harding
Calvin Coolidge
Herbert Hoover
Franklin D. Roosevelt
Harry Truman
Dwight D. Eisenhower
John F. Kennedy
Lyndon Johnson
Richard Nixon
Gerald Ford
Ronald Reagan
George H. W. Bush
Bill Clinton
George W. Bush

ELIMINATED PRESIDENTS (in order by when they were eliminated):

Jimmy Carter

I'll just wait it out and vote for which ever candidate is the closest to Bush, and then convince al the Republicans to vote for that candidate, like I did last time, because voting for Bush is just plain asinine, when even the most partisan moron would recongnize that, regardless of your beliefs, there are been far worse Presidents.

Acctually, I knew precisly who I was voting for, but my mind tricked me at the last second.  When I had posted, I was certain that I has written Jackson, until I read it post-posting.

I'll come back for Andrew Johnson later... Now I'll vote for an almost equally bad President

I'll have to with James Buchanan too!

Wouldn't want to get rid of all modern presidents too quickly!

James Buchanan for me as well.  And I agree with you, Jesus.

I don't want to get rid of all the modern presidents right away either.   We have plenty of no name, late 19th century presidents to get rid of first.

William H. Harrison again.

Buchanan is just getting a bum rap for things that would been beyond the power of any President to prevent during his term in office.

Besides, in Survivor, shouldn’t we start off by voting off the Presidents that couldn’t even complete a term that they were elected to?

Yes, but he's needed in Washington and shouldn't be hanging out with some corpses, some old men, and Bill Clinton on some island somewhere.

Sad that this is necessary; we shouldn't have to choose between who we want to vote for and who we have to vote for.  Luckily, it isn't an issue this round (or last):
