What is the Favorite NON-EU European National Tournament: Final

What is your favorite Non-EU member state? Every 3 days the member states with the lowest votes will be removed. The first member state (of this group of non-membership) to 50% wins. This round,  is the final, so pick one of the these two.

The first being the progressive, quiet land of Iceland (Won last round with 37.5% of the vote)

The second being the True Neutral of the world that is Switzerland (Won last round with 25% of the vote)

Norway and San Marino with 18.8% were eliminated


So which will it be: Iceland and Switzerland?

Would have been fun to have San Marino in the final, but at least two special countries left.
