Depending on the details I can understand the latter two, but how could you possibly consider it appropriate to jail someone for mocking a dead police officer or imprison someone for four years for mocking a police officer?

"Je me sens Charlie Coulibally", to be exact, which is very difficult to construct as any sort of meaningful statement. It's utterly ridiculous that in France you now can expect to be dragged in front of a judge for posting things like this on Facebook, of all places.

No and it's because of such laissez-faire by authorities in past than terrorists can recruit and indoctrinate. Zero tolerance to terrorist praising.

But how exactly is it terrorist praising? I have a very hard time understanding it as anything at all, much less a clear statement of support for killing people. This can scarcely rank among the 'worst' things Dieudonné has ever said or done.
