I'm always amazed at the number of people who don't understand that Rush Limbaugh likes to restate and satirize other people's arguments, and then impute these statements as things Rush actually believes.

To be fair, a good number of Rush's listeners take him seriously.

But anyway, right-wingers' attempts at comedy/satire are almost invariably terrible. And I wouldn't expect otherwise from those who kiss up and kick down.

Rush's actual listeners (as opposed to selective listening for the outrage machine) have the advantage of listening to him in context and being familiar with his schticks.
