Definitely Upworthy. Buzzfeed's lists are often cool but the site has a lot of filler and some really stupid content. Upworthy on the other hand consistently delivers high quality stuff.

I suppose Buzzfeed is less awful, given that it's trying to move into serious journalism as part of its business, although I hate all clickbait sites with a passion and avoid them as a general rule.

Both are stupid but BuzzFeed I feel at least tries to be relevant and be about the content while UpWorthy is just purely bait for ad revenue.

Buzzfeed.  If I am at a clickbait site, by definition I am in short-attention span mode, so I don't want to sit through some 8 minute video on the remote chance that it is anywhere near as interesting and world-changing as it claims to be.
