Justice John Dibble: the "smoking is healthier than fascism" sig

You just don't understand what is actually meant behind it - pretty much everyone else does.

Anywho, Bandit is clearly the biggest nut - he's the most asinine and paranoid. Ignorance-Tyranny-Oppression...err...Marxism-Leninism-Maoism (couldn't resist Wink) has the flaw of believing in communism, and makes some nutty statements on occassion, but he does make some good points on occassion. Opebo is a nut as well ($15 minimum wage, anybody?) but not as bad as Bandit.

Overall, I think the picture he authored above kind of makes my case for me.

Smoking is healthier than fascism.  I abstain from voting as I do not personally know anyone here.  The most "normal" person on the site could have bodies buried in the backyard.

Wait, Opebo manages to support a $15 minimum wage, and gets a right of center economic score? WTF?

I think Bandit definitely belongs on that list.

There are a few people who don't belong there.  John Dibble certainly doesn't belong on the list, and neither does Jake or Keystone Phil, in my opinion.

I can't believe Keystone Phil got as many votes as he did.  He has never struck me as being a nut, just very firm in his beliefs.  And there's nothing wrong with liking Rick Santorum in my opinion.

I also don't think BRTD is nuts.  I don't agree with a lot of his views or his overall attitude, but that doesn't make him nuts.  I also don't think Richius is nuts; his views are just not totally compatible with his lifestyle, but that's OK as far as I'm concerned.

I'd say the biggest nuts are either opebo, bandit, or that Marxism-Leninism-Maoism guy, or whatever his name is.

It could be because Opebo only supports such ideas ($15 min wage) on an abstract basis and actually exploits the poor in real life.

On the other hand, the political compass claims I'm more liberal than BRTD, which is debatable.

That's the best answer I've seen yet.

The political compass says I'm a moderate.

Someone tell them to add some questions on acreage needed to vote and what is constitutional.

I apologize for the unkind words that follow but from his statements it appears to be the truth.  Opebo is no liberal.   In fact, Opebo is a morally bankrupt leach who contributes nothing to society.  He is a trust fund baby who uses that unearned money to exploit the poor people of other nations-- sexually or otherwise.  Rather than contribute and help his fellow man with his money, he decides to take from them for his own satisfaction.  It is my hope that Opebo will one day will see the error in his dissolute lifestyle and will change.  Taking from people for so many years will leave you an empty shell of a human being.

So, you are saying he is overqualified to run for political office, right?

And you best apologize to the morally bankrupt leaches of the world for comparing them to Opebo, mister!

Actually the political compass does not ask any specific questions about the minimum wage.  But I see nothing incompatible with being an economic Centrist, which I believe is where I score, and finding it reasonable for working people to make the political demand of a living wage and social welfare state.  I'm not proposing socialism, just a Capitalism where the fruits are redistributed to the non-owners.

By the way, patrick, I do not 'exploit' the poor, I employ them.

Opebo, of course. He's a pedophile. But a very close second would be Bandit, who believes that Bush stole every state Kerry lost.

Two points on this libel:

1) You have no evidence.  I'm assuming you propose that anyone who wants to lower the age of consent wishes to have sex with children.  Obviously this is faulty logic, and besides, lowering said age to 12 would not effect children, only post-pubescent sexually adult persons.

2) What does this issue have to do with being a 'nut'?

opebo youve done more than simply advocate a reduction in the age of consent.

1.  you consider child molesters freedom fighters
2.  you said jackson should go free because his victim was rewarded financially.  as if it is ok to molest children, so long as you pay their family.

Opebo is contributing something to society. He's spending all that money he has. The way to get an economy going is for people to spend their money.

The conservative and the liberal both presume to judge the private relations of two people in far off Southeast Asia.  I suspect you're both freedom-hating prudes.

Suspect away. You don't respond to my point and then give the standard "you just don't understand!" argument. If you follow that line, you have just invalidated every argument against anyone ever. Now, that's rather useless.

I think Opebo's attempt to defend his positions in this thread may have contributed to his current lead in the poll.

How the heck did Keystone Phil get in second place? He may be even more Conservative than I am, but he is no nut.

So, 99.5% of Americans who don't support child molesting are freedom-haters. Hopefully you contract some wierd STD from a hooker and die.

You want to feed all Christians to lions and you basically want the government to do whatever will benefit you the most, no matter what it is; I don't really think you're one to talk about hating freedom.

I only want them fed to the lions because they are against me having my fun.  Self defense.
