Perry actually seems decent on fiscal issues; I and many other voters may have gotten a bad first impression from excessive pain meds.

Schwarzenegger was awful, on the other hand, although based on his brief 2005 foray into fiscal conservatism he may have been a decent governor if he had been elected in a state with a Republican legislature.

The Sperminator who also jacked-off to gutting education at every corner [which is why California is 50th in per pupil spending] and beefing up the prison complex....

Or someone more corrupt than Blagojevich, highly unintelligent, other state-baiting, death penalty enforcing,environment hating, and just about any other cartoonishly evil policy one could think of.

I guess the former, but a bottle of bleach would've been better than either.
