I like both, but this goes to Eisenhower due to him not attracting the extreme socons into the party. Otherwise, I'd like them evenly.

Eisenhower, for sure.

Reagan did some good things, but also was a catalyst for a lot of income inequality (not exactly the conventional GOP avi here Tongue )
