Nope, no turnout numbers before the count.

The election night count should be finished by midnight, with preliminary turnout numbers.

Then, tomorrow or in the next days, the ballots for the Swedes abroad will be added and the count will be finalized.

If the exits are correct, my prediction would be quite accurate:

45% Red-Greens-Left
40% Alliance
10% SD
  4% FI

Big difference between the exit polls. Novus has it almost tied at 44-43 and SVT gives the Red-Greens a five point lead at 45-40. FI just makes the treshold in both. If the former is true, then the pollster will have really screwed up here.

Though sadly for the Red-Greens, even the addition of FI does not seem to give them a majority.

Novus was 44% Left, 43% Alliance, 8% SD, 4.4% FI and the rest minor parties.

First numbers should come in ca. 40 minutes IIRC from 2010.

Counting takes ca. 3-4 hours.
