Absolutely not. I hardly answer phone calls to begin with. If it's urgent enough that I would be put in a position of answer the call while in the bathroom, then that trumps all. Otherwise, just text me.

Yes to the defecation multitasker question.  There are a good many things I do when I'm on the toilet.  I've been known even to post here while in the midst of a huge, bowl-staining, gut-wrenching shit.

No the the question of answering the phone while using a public restroom.  I don't answer my phone unless it's right next to me and I'm doing absolutely nothing else.  I don't even look at the number till it's finished ringing.  If it's someone I like I call them back.  Anyway, I'm not much of a phone talker to begin with, and I really don't think I'd bother to answer it midstream.
