It actually took inspiration from the 2006 game The Godfather, when you respawn in a back alley doctor's place the first thing he says is "Don't worry, most of my patients are still alive!". Then of over time it took on new meaning as well Boston put it best:

"So many people have come and gone
their faces fade as the years go by,
but I still recall as I walk along
as clear as the sun in the summer sky...

I used to love that game as a kid! This is one of the rare times I've seen it mentioned anywhere.

I acquired it at a Roses discount store in 2010. Its one of my favorites to play on my Windows XP computer, though the times when I didn't have a graphics card in the computer, the game would play with the cars as white blocks.

Driving is a big part of the game so that would be a bit of a challenge lol. I had the PS2 edition and the PS3 edition - the main difference being better graphics, a new mob family from Chicago storyline, and each family's compound is uniquely designed with its own set of challenges.
