If I am elected Senator, or get the VP spot, I will do my best to stop trolls, and bring them to justice. I will work in contact with the president and bring peace to the forum.

I feel that your ID system idea is a good way to start. Also, an age limit. Nobody below 13 years of age.

How can you make sure they aren't lying?

Some people have openly said how old they are when they register for the Forum, but I don't know about an age limit.

I think an age limit would be appropriate for registering to vote and hold office.  One who is 12 or under could still post and discuss if he/she were serious.
