Skit for skit, probably the best sketch comedy show of all time.  SNL may have produced a greater volume of good, but they've created mountains of sh**t too.  Kids in the Hall was great, some of the things Tim Conway did on the Carol Burnett show were epic, of course Flying Circus probably has some of the best bits ever, but like SNL, a lot of crap too.  Respect to In Living Color/Mad TV, but they are second tier at best.  I enjoyed me some Mr Show and the State, but again, second tier.  Key and Peele is probably the best current sketch comedy show, but none of these hold a candle, at least on a skit by skit basis, to The Chappelle Show.
