I'm not a fan of the Constitution and so don't really care, but isn't Sessions' entire gimmick that he's a Scion Of The South, and a strict Constitutional Conservative?

Sessions. He's the same guy who said there's as many Republican Tea Partiers as Democratic Tea Partiers and voted against a bipartisan veterans' healthcare bill because of a feeling of "entitlement."  What an awful, awful man.
