Given that Chavez actually improved the standard of living for the average Venezuelan, while it declined big time under Reagan, the answer is obvious.

It is impossible to compare a third world petrostate to the definition of an industrial/post industrial first world country.  Comparing its leaders is equally absurd.

Reagan didn't force people to like him and was a much better person than Chavez.

Say what you will about Reagan, but there was never any doubt that he would leave power if he lost an election. Can't say that about Chavez

Living standards objectively improved in Venezuela under Chavez's leadership. They didn't in America under Reagan. Ergo...

Chavez.

The man was far from being a perfect guy, but people tend to believe that Venezuela was Wonderland before Chavez and that is not true in any measure.

Come on man, that's all they've got.

Reagan

The results of this poll honestly scare me.
It's about Reagan and if a lefty at 17 knows ANYTHING it's that Reagan is the worst person in the last 40 years not named Bush.

Voted for Chavez to troll the blue avatars.

They aren't really comparable IMO.
