I hope to do one of these every month, to gauge how the forum is feeling on the 2008 Presidential election. I'm assuming people will change candidates often.

Please select ONE candidate when answering applicable questions.

Democrats

1. Whom do you support for the Democratic Nomination in 2008?
2. Which Republican would you most want to NOT get the Republican Nomination in 2008?

Republicans

1. Whom do you support for the Republican Nomination in 2008?
2. Which Democrat would you most want to NOT get the Democratic Nomination in 2008?

Right now I am supporting Russ Feingold, but you're right, I'll probably change. I was supporting Al Gore just a couple months ago.

I would definitely not want to see McCain on the Republican ticket.

Anyway for me,

Sorry, that's what you get when you quickly glance at the question. I just changed it to Jeb Bush.

I've seen Sanford on cable twice, and he seems pretty lightweight. Although he seems like a nice guy and wouldn't be nearly as polarizing as Dubya.

A perfect light filter isn't as polarizing as Dubya.

Yeah, I had a hard time picking between Richardson and Warner for #2.  Picked Warner cause some scandal around Richardson as Energy Sec.  I'm just glad to see I'm not the only pro-Owens guy on the forum. Cheesy

I've given up on the Democratic party really, but...

Democrats

1. Whom do you support for the Democratic Nomination in 2008?
2. Which Republican would you most want to NOT get the Republican Nomination in 2008?

1.) Wesley Clark
2.) John McCain (actually, I'd vote for him if the Democrats get another liberal like Kerry)
