business ethics wise? obvious horrible company but its not like dc is really any better

although fwiw i actually prefer kirby's contributions to dc much more than well... virtually anything he did for marvel. including the really obscure stuff like dingbats

The company had Toby Maguire and Hugh Jack man that set it apart from DC,  freedom company.
