I, for one, cannot think of any talked-about potential candidate who I would actually support. How about you?

I'm kind of jaded from 2008.  I thought Obama would be a transformational political figure because he had a unique vision and personal story.  He hasn't been that figure.  That's not to say I fault Obama for that failure.  I'm disappointed in the American political system, not Obama.

This time around, I don't want a transformational figure.  I want the consummate Washington insider.  I want a cold-blooded, experienced operator who can govern with personal favors and malice for our corrupt, annoying system.

In other words, I'm ready for Hillary.

That's where I am at this point.  I pretty much accept that almost everything I want to see happen at the federal level isn't going to for a very long time, so I just want someone who's not going to screw things up.  If progressives want to see their agenda advance and their past achievements preserved, they're better off gaining control of the courts and pushing for everything else state-by-state.  That is probably the most they can get done under the current system.

Enthusiastically? None that have announced. Sanders is ok, I wish him well, but he's not going to get the nomination.

Edit: I would enthusiastically support Warren if she announced, but she's not interested.

Rand Paul. I'd probably support him over whoever the LP ends up nominating.

I'd be enthusiastic to see Sanders run.

If not him, I can be satisfied with Clinton.

I'll vote for whoever the GOP nominates, but I'd enthusiastically support Walker, Paul and Cruz.

No, but as long as Hillary seems like a general election lock I'm happy to support her in the primaries.
