Yes.  Also, the existence of North Dakota is a vast rightwing conspiracy.

And you guys want to ban me for my over-the-top intentionally ridiculous poll?

Seriously, asking someone whom they'd prefer to raped by is like asking someone if they'd rather be infecte with anthrax or small-pox, both stupid qiestions.  Let's work together to eliminate stupid questions.

I thought it was funny. NixonNow's response was hilarious: "A Mexican, because it would be funner to beat him to death afterwards". That's the funniest thing I've read for days Cheesy.

Philip would say this only means the Constitution is constitutional, but not the country it governs.  Nowhere is the country itself established, only the Constitution of this country.

Actually, it says "for the United States of America."

If there was extensive text by the founding fathers arguing that America was unconstitutional, trust me, I would certainly take a look at what they had to say.

That would be kind of strange to find documents of that nature. Those founding fathers would be renamed the schizophrenic fathers. For argueing the country they founded goes against the document that governs the land.

Okay. I'm calling the Russian KGB and telling them to send a nuke over to Loudoun, VA. That should do the trick. Smiley
