From what I can piece together, he applied for another job and listed his current* employer as a reference. The prospective employer called the current* employer, the current* employer flipped out that he was looking for a new job and fired him on the spot. Then to add insult to injury, he didn't get the prospective job either.

Ah, my mistake. I hope you are still sendout out lots CADD resumes anyway, because as you have seen first-hand, in this day and age anyone is going to have a pretty low success rate on putting in applications.

I've said it before.  Bushie should just declare disability and collect a government check.  He doesn't have to waste time with call centers anymore and less monies go to corporate subsidies.  He'll also be able to take Allison to Golden Corral more often, especially since Date Nos. 10, 11, 12, and 13 are just around the corner.  It's a win-win-win.
