Let's see how this breaks down on this forum. Foreigners living in Germany count as "Germans" for the purposes of this poll.

I'm not a German, and I don't live in Germany, but just so you poll doesn't end up with the predictable result of 0-0-0...0-47, where 47 is the last option, I voted for Bremen.  I did live in that Land for about a year.

Isn't it rather pointless to make a poll that applies to only a handful of posters?

FWIW, I have a pair of great-great-great-grandparents who were from what is now Baden-Wuerttemberg.
