I consider myself a pretty educated guy on American History, but really howlol?  According to Wikipedia, there were apparently seven "Jackson Federalists" in the US House between 1823-1825.

So yeah. . . . . . . . .

It gets better!  One of those Jacksonian-Federalists was none other than future President James Buchanan!
