    In all the discussions about pay equity and women being underpaid, I'd like to know more about the mechanics of adjusting such inequity.  If women are being underpaid compared to men at a rate of say, 10%, what has happened to that money?  The implication, it seems to me is that men are being overpayed, and discussions about comparable worth should bring this up.
